Phoenix Software Website Access: SSL and TLS Support

Currently, the Phoenix Software International website uses HTTPS (HTTP Secure) for pages that transfer form data (e.g. download requests, disaster recover codes, etc.). As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security and protect your sensitive data, the Phoenix Software website no longer supports the use of Internet security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Phoenix Software requires the use of the Transport Level Security (TLS) protocol to establish secure connections on our website. Since the TLS protocol is widely used by newer web clients and operating systems for securing connections, we do not expect this change to cause any connectivity issues for our visitors.

Due to known vulnerabilities, TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol version 1.1 or lower will be disabled after June 30, 2016. Wikipedia has a list of web browsers that support the various versions of TLS. If you are using a web client or OS other than the ones listed as supporting TLS 1.2, you may need to perform an update in order to continue submitting forms on our website. For questions, please contact Technical Support.
