Datalex is acquired by Phoenix Software International
On October 1, 1996 Phoenix Software International (PSI) acquired the Entrypoint product line from Datalex, Inc. PSI has assumed support for all Entrypoint products and management of all Datalex, Inc. accounts. Clint Lea also joined PSI as the Vice President of the Entrypoint Product Division.
The addition of Entrypoint 90, Entrypoint 90 Plus, and Entrypoint for Windows to the PSI suite of current software products ensures their continued support well into the 21st century. As made evident by the success of FALCON and PC/FALCON, PSI has a broad understanding of the data entry community and the expertise to put that knowledge into practice.
