Phoenix Software International Acquires LifeTime Software Technologies, Inc.
We are pleased to announce that Phoenix Software International, Inc. (PSI) and LifeTime Software Technologies, Inc. (LifeTime) signed an agreement Monday, January 22, 2001, wherein PSI acquired LifeTime. PSI will support customers of LifeTime’s data entry product, LifeWorks from its Viking Software Solutions Division located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. LifeTime’s software support personnel will provide training and transition assistance. LifeTime’s customers can be assured a smooth transition, and expect the same high quality software support they have grown to expect.
